The goal of Wellness 10 is to develop confident and competent students who understand, appreciate, and engage in a balanced, healthy, and active lifestyle through active living, skillful movement and relationships. As a student, you will learn about your physical, psychological, spiritual, and social self. You will also engage in mindfulness and relaxation and equip yourself with ways to be a better you.
Phys Ed 20/30
The aim of the Physical Education 20/30 program is to enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. The program emphasizes active living, with a focus on physical activity that is valued and integrated into daily life.
Strong evidence exists that physical activity contributes to the overall well-being of individuals. People of all ages can substantially improve their health and quality of life by including a moderate amount of physical activity into their daily routines.
